The Aquarium at Rockport Harbor, Inc is a Texas corporation formed in 2007 and the Aquarium opened for visitors in July 2007. In 2008, It was granted non-profit status as a 501 (c) 3 educational organization. It is governed by a Board of Directors elected for two year terms in an annual membership meeting in the fall of each year. The current Board and other key personnel are shown below.
