Membership Individual Become a member of the Aquarium at Rockport Harbor. Your membership provides tax deductible support to the Aquarium for use in all aspectes of Aquarium operation. And, as a member you can attend the annual meeting and nominate/approve the Aquarium directors and officers. You'll also receive a quarterly newsletter -- Tank Talk -- along with a 10 to 20% discount on all items at the Aquarium store. You'll also be eligible to "rent" for free the Aquarium once a year for a private party -- to be held during hours when the Aquarium is not normally open. You also be eligible to receive either discounted or free admittance to special events to be held in the Education Center (upon its completion). You can join in one of three ways: 1. Print out the membership form, fill it out, attach your $25 check to it and mail it to the Aquarium at Rockport Harbor, 702 Navigation, Rockport, TX 78382 2. Drop by the Aquarium at Rockport Harbor with your application and $25 check Thus-Mon 1 to 4 p.m. and give it to a docent. 3. Hit the membership button, you're donation will be sent to us along with your name and e-mail address.
For the small annual fee of $100 a business can become a member of the Aquarium. In exchange for a firm's support we will expose each business member to an estimated 25,000 plus visitors per year by placing the company name on a board in the Aquarium's foyer, as well as in a reference book of preferred businesses maintained on site at the Aquarium. Docents are frequently asked to provide local business references (i.e. places to dine, hotels, shopping, banking, hunting/fishing resources and other retail services). As a business member you'll also receive the same benefits as our invidual members. Plus business members will be announced in the quarterly newsletter and listed on this website.
